for people on a glp-1 — or about to be

A pal that's been paying attention.

Aftertide is a quiet companion through the GLP-1 window. It notices what works for your body, then helps the smallest helpful thing happen — again, and again, until it's just how you live.

Private beta — small batches, no waiting room theater.

our quiet plan

We don't ask you to quit anything. We pay attention while you live, and help the smallest helpful thing happen, again. Habits become the floor — and one quiet morning, the patch of medication has less to hold up.

Aftertide is not a tracker, not a coach, not a quitting program. It's a pal — observant, present-tense, never prescriptive. You and your doctor decide the medication. We just make sure the life underneath is strong enough to stand on its own, when you're ready.

how it works

Four steps. Most of them, you don't notice.

01
You write, briefly.

A sentence about how you slept, what you ate, how the shot felt. No streaks, no scores, no checklists. The compose box sits at the bottom; that's the whole UI.

02
The pal proposes.

A small curated menu — two to four next steps, each sized for an immediate yes. The pal does the thinking; you pick whichever feels easy. Or none. Felt agency on a designed menu — that's the engine.

03
Tiny anchors appear.

Not goals. Not plans. The pal proposes the smallest version of a thing you've already done, attached to something you already do. After coffee, I…

04
The floor rises.

Weeks later, the anchors are just how you live. The medication has less work to do. You and your doctor decide what comes next, on your timeline.

what the pal notices

Cards, not dashboards.

Each card is a small interpretation — body, anchor, window, habit, reframe. You can dismiss any of them. They never raise their voice.

a note from us

We started Aftertide because someone we love is on a GLP-1, and we watched the apps around her shout when she needed a quiet room. The medication is doing real work — we believe in it. But we also believe a life is built underneath the medication, in tiny moments most apps can't see. That's the room we wanted to make. We don't ask you to quit. We just keep the lights on while the floor gets stronger.

questions

What people ask, before they sign up.

Is this an app to help me quit my GLP-1?

No. We don't sell quitting. We help the life underneath your medication get stronger — sleep, food, movement, mood — through tiny anchors attached to things you already do. Whether and when to taper is between you and your doctor.

Will it tell me what to eat or how to exercise?

No. Aftertide doesn't prescribe. It notices what you already do and quietly helps the smallest helpful version happen again. There are no plans, no programs, no scores.

How is this different from a habit tracker?

Habit trackers grade you. Aftertide curates. The pal proposes a small menu of next steps — two to four tiny things, each sized so any pick is an immediate yes. You choose freely. The next menu escalates or shrinks based on what you picked and whether it landed. There are no streaks, no checkmarks, no goals to miss. The dashboard is the product.

Will my doctor be involved?

Not by default. Aftertide is for you. You can export a clean weekly summary to share at appointments if you'd like. We never contact your provider.

Is it medical advice?

No. Aftertide is a wellness companion, not a medical device. We don't diagnose, treat, or recommend changes to your medication. Always talk to your prescribing physician about your GLP-1.

Where does my writing go?

Encrypted on your device, encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest. Patterns are computed for you alone. We don't sell data. We don't show ads. Pricing is the simple kind — you pay us.

safety

Aftertide is a wellness companion. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not start, stop, or change your GLP-1 medication, dosage, or any other treatment without consulting your prescribing physician. If you experience severe side effects — persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, signs of an allergic reaction — seek medical care immediately or call your local emergency number.
